As part of the building renovation, the team saw an opportunity to creatively utilize the hallway wall space. They envisioned a word wall featuring meaningful words and phrases that capture why people value the Y. By thoughtfully integrating the Y’s core values and brand voice—both visually and through messaging—this design enhances the office environment while reinforcing the organization’s mission and impact.
